Neil Wilde

As Superannuation Manager, Neil is responsible for accounts and tax preparation of all Aston Ryan Malcolm Self Managed Superannuation Funds. He also supervises the assistant accountants and ensures workflow continuity. A real team player, Neil is always keen to impart his knowledge to other team members.

Neil is kept busy at home being the father of two young toddlers. On most Sunday mornings you can find Neil riding his bike between Sorrento and Port Melbourne, who knows one day we may see him cycling in the Tour De France !

David Coutts

David commenced with Aston Ryan Malcolm in November 2007 as a senior accountant and has added considerable experience to our business services team. Some of the areas that David is involved in are the purchase and sale of businesses, preparation of finance proposals for lending institutions including budgets and forecasts and general day to day client matters.

With his laid back manner and hands on approach, he is quickly developing a strong client base.

On the weekends David can be found at the MCG supporting the Melbourne Football Club, playing competition tennis and attempting to trim his golf handicap.

Andrew Manhire

Andrew commenced with Aston Ryan Malcolm in July 2008 and is involved in the purchase and sale of businesses, monthly accounting requirements, general client compliance and day to day matters.

Andrew is also currently assisting with the development of the Practice's Human Resources Department.

Away from the office Andrew enjoys playing mid week basketball and tennis as well as travelling around Victoria on the weekends with his basketball refereering duties.

Craig Smith brings over 12 years of experience in profession practice to Aston Ryan Malcolm. Prior to joining Aston Ryan Malcolm, Craig spent over 10 years with a leading national accounting firm providing accounting and taxation services to a broad spectrum of clients from small to large private businesses.

Craig’s reputation of integrity, commitment to clients and his personal approach ensures all clients receive the highest level of service and advice in all aspects of accounting, business structuring, business advisory and taxation advice (and strategies).

Craig is married with one son. After family and the firm he enjoys travelling and most sports with a particular interest in soccer.

Brooke joined Aston Ryan Malcolm in July 2009 as an Accountant and has since completed a number of the subjects for her Chartered Accounting qualification. She enjoys assisting our clients with the various requirements of financial reporting, including the preparation of cashflows and other reports that provide a picture of the financial health of the business.

Brooke is an avid follower of the Endeavour Hills Junior Football Club and has been their Treasurer for several years. She also plays netball and is currently involved with our Aston Ryan Malcolm netball team.

Caroline joined Aston Ryan Malcolm in November 2009 as an Accountant and has since become an important part of our accounting team. She enjoys developing good working relationships with our clients and takes pride in providing a high level of service to them.

Caroline enjoys playing mid week basketball for a local team and is also a valuable member of our mixed netball team. She is finding landscaping her new home quite a challenge!

Jennifer Tack Shin

Jennifer joined Aston Ryan Malcolm in December 2009 as a specialist accountant to join Neil Wilde in the accounting preparation of Superannuation Funds. She shows her versatility by also providing valuable assistance to the Business Services division. She is looking forward to completing her studies with CPA Australia in early 2012.

Jennifer is fluent in French and enjoys travelling overseas to visit friends and family.
